Here’s What You’ll Get Each Month:

16 Video Clips (4 clips from each of your 4 submitted videos): Eye-catching, value-packed clips, perfect for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or any platform where video reigns.
- Each clip includes in-screen captions using your brand color and will typically be 30-60 seconds in length.
4 SEO-Optimized Blog Posts: Get more website traffic and establish your expertise with written content that brings more visitors to your website and expands your online visibility.
If you choose the Tier 2 package, you’ll also get 16 social media captions to go along with each video clips + scheduling of your repurposed content!

HOW IT WORKS:

1. YOU SUBMIT YOUR VIDEOS

Send me 4 videos by the 1st or 15th of each month. These can be pre-recorded YouTube videos, video podcasts, or favorites from your existing library.

2. DONE-FOR-YOU REPURPOSING

Behind the scenes, I’ll repurpose each video into multiple intentional pieces of content, ready to post on your website and social media platforms.

3. YOU GEt Your Content Bundle

By the 15th or end of the month, you’ll receive a complete bundle of 20 high-value content pieces to keep your brand consistent and visible.

You’ll receive the following deliverables each month:

✨ 16 Vertical Video Clips: That’s 4 video clips from each of your long-form videos every month! Each clip will be approximately 30-60 seconds in length and will include branded on-screen captions.

✨ 4 SEO-Optimized Blog Posts

TIER 2: Content Repurposing + Scheduling Package

You’ll receive everything listed above in Tier 1, plus:

✨ 16 Social Media Captions to go along with the video clips.

✨ Scheduling of Content: Blog posts will be scheduled to your website. Video clips and captions will be scheduled to your requested social media platforms according to your desired posting schedule.

You/your team will have 3 business days to approve or make your own changes to the content before it is scheduled.

That’s the magic of repurposing content you have produced! Because I’m repurposing your own content in your own words, your authentic tone and voice naturally shine through. I listen closely to your content to capture your style, making sure everything feels like it came directly from you.

If you’re hesitant to hire a content writer because you’re worried it won’t sound like you, this is the perfect solution—it’s all you, just packaged differently.

What do I walk away with?

Each month, you’ll select 4 long-form videos to share with me.

Tier 1 includes:

4 blog posts (1 blog post from each of your long-form videos)
16 vertical video clips with on-screen captions (4 video clips from each of your long-form videos)

Tier 2 includes:

Everything in Tier 1, plus:

16 social media captions to match up with the video clips
Scheduling of everything included in your monthly content bundle (4 blogs + 16 video clips)

Will you handle posting for me, too?

You get to choose! There are two tiers:

Repurposing Only: I’ll take care of repurposing your 4 long-form videos into 20 pieces of content (4 blogs and 16 vertical video clips). Package Rate: $750/mo.
Repurposing + Scheduling: I’ll repurpose and schedule everything for you across your platforms. This is the best option if you’ve ever found yourself a content bank that never saw the light of day! Package rate: $1,100/mo.

Do you need access to my platforms?

Only if you choose the Repurposing + Scheduling option. In that case, I’ll need admin access to platforms like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or LinkedIn, depending on where you want your content posted.

What if I’m not happy with the content you create?

While revisions aren’t included, your satisfaction is important to me. You will be the owner of the content so you or your team will be free to make edits to get it exactly how you’d like it.

I encourage you to share feedback with me so I can use your preferences when repurposing future content for you!

How will I receive my content bundle?

Your content will be delivered via a shared Google Drive link, where everything is neatly organized and ready for you to approve/schedule.

How will we communicate?

Each month, you’ll share your videos with me via an Airtable form. You can also reach me by email with questions or feedback at **@si********.com.

I don’t create long-form videos - can you still help me?

While my services are designed for video content, I also work with audio or blog content.

If you prefer to send me your podcast audio or written content, I can swap out the video deliverables (like clips) for a mix of feed graphics or carousel posts instead. Just let me know your preferences when you apply!
