During your consultation call, we’ll chat about your business and support goals. If we’re a good fit, you’ll select your package, and I’ll send over our agreement and your first invoice. Before we get started, you’ll be able to book a 30-minute complimentary onboarding call so we can align on priority projects and share access to any necessary platforms.

To keep things streamlined, we’ll communicate via email or Slack. 

Most tasks are completed within 2 business days. My office hours are 7am–1pm CST, Monday–Friday.

For recurring tasks (like podcast releases), I’ll need all assets by 7am CST on the scheduled day.

If you already use a task manager like ClickUp or Asana, great! If not, we can set one up, or you can share tasks with me via Slack.

Absolutely! Start by identifying 2–3 routine tasks you don’t enjoy or don’t need to do yourself. That’s our starting point and you can always add other things as we go.

While unused hours do not roll over, I will be checking in with you to make sure we use the hours you’ve paid for.

You’ll also get weekly updates on your hours, and I recommend keeping a list of non-urgent tasks for me to refer to toward the end of the month if needed.

Additional hours are $65/hour and are subject to availability.

Monthly VA Support is fully customizable based on what you need most—whether that’s tech, program support, blog management, or content repurposing. It’s flexible and evolves with your business needs.

For structured deliverables, like ongoing blog creation, my Blog Management Package may be a better fit. Or, if you need quick, focused support, one of my VIP Day options could work perfectly.

You can cancel anytime with at least 5 business days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
