how does a vip day work?
Free Consultation Call: Your first step is to book a free call with me so we can talk about your project. If we’re a good fit, you can book your VIP Day.
Intake Questionnaire: After scheduling your VIP Day, you will be sent the Intake Questionnaire to fill out. Your Intake Questionnaire includes links to our shared Google Drive folder for you to upload all copy, photos, brand guidelines, etc. that I’ll use to set up your offer in Kajabi. It also describes how to securely share your credentials with me for your platforms that I’ll be using. This Intake Questionnaire is vital to the project and must be received at least 48 hours before your VIP Day.
The VIP Day: On your VIP Day, I will dive into your project using the assets, copy, and content you’ve provided.
We won’t need to meet on Zoom, giving you the freedom to focus on other tasks. However, frequent communication is essential. I’ll test all of the tech and provide you with updates and request approvals throughout the day. Your quick responses will help keep the project on track and ensure that any change requests can be made during your VIP Day.
At the end of the day, I’ll share a video walkthrough and email previews so you can experience your new funnel just like your customers will. This means you’ll be confident your user experience flows smoothly and beautifully.
what does a vip day include?
During your VIP Day, I will set up, integrate and test the steps to set up your chosen project in Kajabi. Below are some samples of what can be done in one day:
Course or Membership Set-Up: Once all of your content and assets are ready, I’ll set up your sales page, checkout page, course portal with modules, and emails. You’ll be ready to welcome clients in just 1 day!
Evergreen Sales Funnel Set-up: Take a high-performing webinar or course and turn it evergreen for profit on autopilot. I’ll set up your evergreen funnel, emails, and automations in Kajabi.
You will get one week of email support to answer any questions that might come up following your VIP Day.
What’s NOT included:
- Custom pages or design is not included. Instead, we’ll use a template selected by you for your sales page, thank you page and course portal.
- Copywriting/editing, workbook/graphic design, video editing, etc. are not included.
- All copy for your emails, modules, thumbnails, and final-version videos/content for your program/course must be provided by you 48 hours before your scheduled VIP Day.
- Revisions or changes after your scheduled VIP Day is not included.

What is the investment?
The current investment is $800 USD. This is the lowest price it will ever be and includes: your Intake Questionnaire, a 30-minute call with me on the day of your VIP Day, the implementation of your VIP Day project, and email support for one week after your VIP Day so you can get answers to any questions that might come up.
How do I pay?
I will invoice you via PayPal and you’ll be able to choose your payment method. 50% is due to book your VIP Day and the remaining 50% is due at least 24 hours before your VIP Day.
I’m brand new to Kajabi. Will you help me get my account set up?
I invite you to book a call and tell me more about where you’re at and what you need. Please be aware there will be an extra charge for add-on services.
What if I use platforms other than Kajabi?
Book a call and let’s chat about the platforms you use. I work with many other platforms but pricing may vary depending on how many platforms you use and how easy it is for them to be integrated.
