how does a vip day work?
After our initial free call, you can schedule your VIP Day.
After scheduling, you will be sent a VIP Intake Questionnaire to fill out (allow yourself 2-3 hours to fill out this questionnaire – it’s super important!) and this needs to be received within 48 hours of your VIP Day. Your Intake Questionnaire includes links to our shared Google Drive folder for you to upload all copy, photos, brand guidelines, etc. that I’ll use to set up your offer in Kajabi. It also describes how to securely share your credentials with me for your platforms that I’ll be using.
On the morning of your VIP Day, we will meet for ~30 minutes to make sure I have access to all necessary platforms and materials.
After that, I will get to work and you get to go about your day! You’ll just need to be available via Voxer/Slack for first-round project review, as your feedback is needed within 1 hour of submission to keep us on track.
By the end of your VIP Day, you will be sent your project deliverables, as well as video tutorials so you/your team can flawlessly maintain them in Kajabi.
- Tuesday, June 6th – LOCK IN YOUR VIP DAY:
- We have our free call and you want to book your VIP Day!
- You book your VIP Day, pay your 50% deposit (remaining 50% due at completion), and receive your VIP Intake Questionnaire to fill out.
- Wednesday, June 7th – FILL OUT YOUR VIP INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE:
- You fill out and return your VIP Intake Questionnaire.
- Block off 2-3 hours to thoroughly complete this; it includes vital questions to be able to successfully complete your project, along with steps to securely share necessary credentials and add your copy, images, brand guidelines, etc. to our shared Google Drive folder.

- Friday, June 9th – IT’S YOUR VIP DAY:
- 8:00 am – 8:30 am: We meet for our kick-off call!
- You’re done! Please just keep an eye on Voxer/email for your first-round deliverables.
- 8:30 am – 12:00 pm: Project items are done for you.
- 12:00 pm – 12:15 pm: You receive and review your first-round deliverables.
- Your review and approval of items are needed within 1 hour of the request to make sure we stay cruisin’ along.
- 12:15 pm – 1:30 pm: Any change requests are implemented and all items are tested.
- 1:30 pm: It’s a wrap! You are sent your final project deliverables.
- 8:00 am – 8:30 am: We meet for our kick-off call!

During your VIP Day, I will set up, integrate and test the steps to set up your chosen project in Kajabi.
This can include:
- Creating, integrating and testing your webinar registration form in Kajabi
- Creating and testing your webinar and launch-related Contact Tags
- Creating and testing your webinar and launch-related confirmation email Automations
- Creating a new Offer in Kajabi
- Creating, integrating and testing your checkout form
- Uploading, testing and scheduling all of your launch emails (max. 15 emails)
- Uploading your program/course content (max. 12 videos and 12 workbooks)
- Creating a new Product in Kajabi
- Uploading, testing and scheduling of your membership/course’s welcome email, module release emails and/or call reminder emails (max. 15 emails)
- Access to my Kajabi video tutorial library so you and your team members know how to make updates
Here is what is NOT included:
- Sales page creation or design.
- Copywriting/editing, workbook/graphic design, video editing, etc. are not included.
- All copy for your emails, thumbnails for your modules/videos, and all final-version content for your program/course must be provided by you within 48 hours of your scheduled VIP Day.
- Support outside of your scheduled VIP Day is not included.

What is the investment?
The current investment is $1,777 USD. This is the lowest price it will ever be and includes: your Intake Questionnaire, a 30-minute call with me on the day of your VIP Day, the implementation of your VIP Day project, and email support for 2 weeks after your VIP Day so we can work through any questions that might come up.
How do I pay?
I will invoice you via PayPal and you’ll be able to choose your payment method. 50% needs to be paid 48 hours before your VIP Day so I can start reviewing your intake questionnaire. The remaining 50% is due within 24 hours after your VIP Day.
I’m brand new to Kajabi. Will you help me get my account set up?
I invite you to book a call and tell me more about where you’re at and what you need. Please be aware there will be an extra charge for add-on services.
Do you offer VIP Half-Days?
No, not at this time.
What if I use platforms other than Kajabi?
Book a call and let’s chat about the platforms you use. I work with many other platforms but pricing may vary depending on how many platforms you use and how easy it is for them to be integrated.
